Delivery costs shall be paid by the customer and are indicated in the cart during checkout. There are no delivery costs for purchases over ₹2500. A ₹50 delivery fee applies for purchases under ₹2500.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address chosen by the customer during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil the request.
We ship between 3-7 days, during peak sale periods, please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be dispatched. Any delivery periods mentioned are estimates only, based on information provided by the delivery company.
CeeJé does not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If an order is not received within 21 days, customers should email us at info@ceeje.in.
Reasonable care will be taken to deliver to the given address. However, we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect data entry by the customer.
