We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • The wrong product

  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a pick for you

  • Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

2. Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • The wrong product

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@ceeje.in with clear photos or reach out via the contact form on our website's Contact page. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

3. Refunds – How It Works

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds

  • If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@ceeje.in.
