Welcome to CeeJé! We’re committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process.
1. Our Commitment to Sustainable Packaging
At CeeJé, we prioritize sustainable packaging while ensuring your order is delivered safely. Our outer packaging is made from 100% recycled paper, and wherever possible, we use paper fillers instead of bubble wrap. We are continuously working towards reducing plastic usage and developing eco-friendly packaging solutions that align with our brand values.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India. Orders placed on our website will be delivered to addresses across India via our trusted courier partners.
3. Processing & Shipping Time

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation

Standard Delivery: Once shipped, delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location

Express Delivery (if applicable): Faster shipping options may be available at checkout for select pin codes
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹2,500)

Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email/SMS.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer support at info@ceeje.in or reach out via the contact form on our website's Contact page. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
7. Address Errors & Delivery Failures
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address while placing an order. CeeJé will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Undelivered Orders & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an undelivered address or failure to accept the package, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled, and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products at info@ceeje.in or reach out via the contact form on our website's Contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
